My baby is three weeks old today.
My baby is three weeks old today.
No matter how many times I think it or say it, it just doesn’t seem real.
I'm still here, folks.
I know, I know. I haven’t posted in ages. This weekend really took a toll on me.
Here’s what went down:
Saturday I came down with a fever.
Fever finally went away and I broke out like crazy in hives.
Horrible nausea.

Wendy was upset last night too. We just finally got her to sleep for longer that 20 minutes at a time. My poor girl has a rotten belly ache I think. We’ve been using some drops to help with gas and such and they work miracles. I’m glad my mum was here last night because she watched her for me to get a few hours of good sleep.

Update on Miss Wendy
The doctor today at her 2nd week check up said that she is the picture of perfection. He says that he can tell she’s being well looked after by her Mum and Dad.
She’s gained 11 oz since birth and grown over an inch. People keep telling me how big she’s getting and all I can think is “Please, some babies are born larger than her. Stop telling me my baby is big.”
